This package allows you to be in charge of the planning process while also having the ability to bring on expert guidance to help with certain tasks and details. With Ruban Bleu Weddings and Events (RBWE) partial planning services, you are in charge of the planning process but we are here to help you with professional assistance because you may not know how to put all parts together.

Full list of inclusions in this package

This package gives you 25 hours of professional planning assistance with an RBWE lead planner during the planning process. Within this time, you can use your planning hours for the following services:

Get-to-know-you virtual meeting
Two planning & design virtual meetings
Three custom vendor recommendations
1 in person consult or
1 in person venue or vendor meeting
All other meetings are face2face via ZOOM
Check-in meetings or phone calls with your planner
Budget projection and management
Design and decor advice and feedback
Review of vendor contracts
Assistance and management of rental orders
Checking vendor availability
Gathering event vendor quotes
Scheduling vendor consultations for you
Assembly of guest favors and welcome bags
Creation of a mutual Pinterest inspiration board
Online planning portal
Creation of a detailed wedding budget projection
Day-of Coordination
Two (2) day-of coordinators that will cover up to 200 guests
$100 fee for weddings with over 200 guests
